FUSION DENTAL

Steve Floyd was brought on board to get a new dental service organization off the ground. This included everything from producing a business plan that included Vision and Mission Statements, interviewing legal and accounting firms, and understanding the intricacies of each agreement in order to make recommendations that fit our desired business model and culture. In addition, during these past two years Steve brought on board a periodontist for my practice, revamped our employee manual, and set up a new employee reporting structure that better suited my growing practice.
